User shall not commit or permit wrongful or damaging acts which justify civil action including, but not limited to, posting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person without their consent or intentionally inflicting emotional distress. Soft Gold Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any transmission that violates this policy, without prior notice. Soft Gold Ltd reserves the right to determine what violates this policy. All material of a pornographic nature is considered adult content. Users are prohibited from storing or posting adult content. Soft Gold Ltd neither sanctions nor permits site content or the transmission of data that contains illegal or obscene material or fosters or promotes illegal activity, including but not limited to, the promotion or publication of any material that may violate legislation. However, Soft Gold Ltd may retain User’s data in its archives after deletion and will not be liable to User in any way for such retained data. Soft Gold Ltd will delete User’s data upon termination of this Agreement. User agrees to maintain its data in compliance with its legal obligations.
